  • The Jungian Approach: Delving into the Unconscious

    • Rooted in the theories of Carl Gustav Jung, the Jungian Approach dives deep into the exploration of the unconscious mind. Jung believed that the human psyche comprises various layers, including the conscious and unconscious. At the core of this approach lies the concept of individuation—a process of integrating one's conscious and unconscious aspects to achieve wholeness. Shesha guides individuals in understanding their unconscious patterns, desires, and conflicts. By unraveling the symbolism within dreams and exploring the collective unconscious, clients gain insights into their inner world. The focus on self-discovery and embracing the shadow—the often hidden and less accepted aspects of oneself—forms the cornerstone of the Jungian Approach.

  • Embracing the Now: The Essence of Gestalt Therapy

    • Gestalt Therapy, developed by Fritz Perls, revolves around the power of the present moment. Rooted in existential and phenomenological philosophies, it emphasizes experiencing the current instant fully. This approach encourages individuals to confront unresolved issues, bringing past conflicts and emotions into the present to achieve closure. By fostering self-awareness and personal responsibility, Gestalt Therapy empowers individuals to make conscious choices aligned with their values. As Shesha guides you, this therapy offers a pathway to self-discovery and transformation through embracing the essence of the present.

Shesha's eclectic experience, ability to assess and recognize individualized needs, and vary her approach based on those needs has distinguished her in the field, because no single approach fits all.
