Our Story
The Kraft Group was born out of a need for customized and compassionate counseling treatment for individuals, couples, and families. Leigh Kolodny-Kraft, Founder and Executive Director, has over 25+ years experience in the mental health and addictions field. Based on her years of experience, Leigh recognized the ‘one size fits all’ philosophy often found in treatment today was effective for many, but not suited for all. Leigh has since dedicated her career to creating an alternative to the traditional model of mental health and addiction treatment. Her vision was to create a private practice where individuals and their families could access comprehensive, customized treatment all in one location—without compromising the tailored therapeutic experience. As a result of Leigh’s passion and dedication, The Kraft Group, Inc. was founded.

Today, The Kraft Group is a multi-specialty group counseling practice focused on providing customized, comprehensive mental health, trauma, and addictions treatment for individuals, couples, and families. Through partnering with other like-minded professionals in the healthcare industry, The Kraft Group is now composed of some of the leading professionals in the field of mental health, trauma, and addictions treatment. Many have been featured on the radio and TV, and are award-winners in their respective specialties. The Kraft Group’s warm, welcoming, private office is conveniently located in Florham Park, New Jersey—a central location in Morris County. However, we also offer tele-health and online counseling to meet the needs of clients across the greater Tri-State Area.
