Behaviorist • Performance Coach • Advocate
Nicole Schwartz is a compassionate and experienced behaviorist dedicated to helping individuals and families grow, heal, and thrive. She works with children, teens, and adults facing neurodiverse challenges such as autism, ADHD, and learning differences—helping them build emotional regulation, communication skills, and stronger family relationships through practical, evidence-based strategies.
Clinically trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems Theory, and multiple integrative modalities, Nicole tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs. She also teaches executive functioning skills—including organization, time management, emotional regulation, and goal setting—to help clients strengthen daily functioning and confidence at home, school, and work.
In addition to her expertise in neurodiversity, Nicole provides trauma-informed coaching and support for individuals and families recovering from sexual abuse, assault, narcissistic abuse, and domestic violence. Her approach emphasizes safety, empowerment, and healing, helping clients rebuild trust, identity, and stability after trauma.
A former professional athlete, Nicole brings her experience in peak performance and mindset development into her performance-coaching practice. She helps clients—from athletes to executives—enhance focus, discipline, and motivation, integrating behavioral science with the principles of performance psychology.
As an advocate and court liaison, Nicole offers vital guidance for clients navigating the complexities of the legal and family-court systems. Her years of experience working within the court system and with Rutgers University have strengthened her commitment to ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout their journey.
Warm, genuine, and deeply dedicated, Nicole provides a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals and families can heal, grow, and reach their fullest potential—emotionally, behaviorally, and personally.
