Nicole Hey, Clinician, Specializing in Addiction and Family Systems at The Kraft Group Inc.
With over 30 years of experience as an educator and mental-health professional, Nicole Hey brings warmth, wisdom, and deep clinical insight to her work as a therapist. Her career began in education, where she spent decades supporting children and adolescents through developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges. This background gives her a profound understanding of how early life experiences shape resilience, attachment, and emotional growth—insight that continues to guide her therapeutic approach.
Nicole provides individual, group, couples, and family therapy for children, teens, and adults. Her therapeutic style is trauma-informed, relational, and strengths-based, creating a safe, compassionate environment where clients can heal, grow, and ultimately thrive after trauma.
She has extensive experience helping clients address addiction, trauma recovery, betrayal trauma, sex addiction, and family system challenges, as well as supporting families impacted by a loved one’s mental-health or substance-use disorder. Nicole is also trained in working with neurodiverse individuals, including those who fall on the autism spectrum, and has a long history of helping teens struggling with oppositional behaviors develop healthier communication, coping, and emotional regulation skills.
In addition, Nicole works closely with survivors of domestic abuse and first responders who face high levels of stress, trauma exposure, and burnout. Her integrative approach blends empathy with evidence-based techniques to promote empowerment, balance, and long-term recovery.
Clients describe Nicole as nurturing, grounded, and intuitive—a therapist who listens deeply, offers genuine understanding without judgment, and helps people move beyond survival to a place of strength, clarity, and renewal.
