Jenna is completing her masters in clinical psychology. Throughout her master’s program she has worked as a coach. While her role is not clinical, Jenna can offer psychoeducation and coping tools on a life coaching level to assist people in taking that step forward to bridge the gap in between therapeutic sessions providing the extra support that people need. Jenna works with clients who are not looking for clinical services but need help staying focused and someone to assist them in meeting their life goals. Jenna has worked in the field as a life coach for areas such as a family members addiction, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, life skills, eating disorders, life transitions, college transitions and grief.
