Isabella Kolodny,

Isabella Kolodny, BSN, RN, is an Executive Functioning and Academic Skills Coach at The Kraft Group Inc., where she supports students from elementary school through college in developing the core skills needed for academic success, emotional regulation, and long-term independence. She works extensively with students with ADHD and executive functioning challenges, helping them build practical, sustainable systems that translate their abilities into consistent performance.

Isabella brings a strong clinical foundation and specialized training in ADHD, including a background working with Amen Clinics, where she was trained in the different neurobiological types of ADHD and the tools and strategies most effective for each presentation. This experience allows her to tailor coaching approaches to the individual—recognizing that what works for one ADHD profile may not work for another.

With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and broad experience across pediatric, adolescent, and adult populations, Isabella takes a developmentally informed and highly personalized approach to executive functioning coaching. Her work focuses on time management, task initiation, organization, working memory, planning, emotional regulation, and follow-through, with strategies adapted to each student’s age, learning style, and neurological profile.

Isabella has a wealth of experience working with diverse populations, including students from different cultural backgrounds, learning profiles, and family systems. Her coaching is judgment-free, strengths-based, and neurodiversity-affirming, creating a safe and supportive space where students feel understood rather than criticized. She emphasizes collaboration, self-awareness, and skill-building, helping students develop confidence and self-advocacy alongside practical tools.

Grounded in trauma-informed principles, Isabella partners closely with parents, educators, and clinicians to support students within the broader context of their academic demands, emotional needs, and home environments. At The Kraft Group Inc., she is committed to helping students feel capable, supported, and empowered—equipped not only to succeed in school, but to build lifelong executive functioning skills that support resilience, independence, and overall well-being.
