Carina Farrah,

Sex Educator & Coach | Trauma-Informed, Neurodiversity-Affirming, Kink-Aware Support for Individuals & Families

Carina Farrah is a dedicated Sex Educator and Coach with a rich background in behavioral health and a passion for inclusive, affirming education. Currently pursuing a dual master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and Education of Human Sexuality (M.Ed.) at Widener University, Carina combines academic excellence with over five years of hands-on experience as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) supporting children and adolescents.

Carina’s work as a BHT has given her deep insight into the unique challenges faced by adolescents—especially queer, trans, and autistic youth. Motivated by the limitations of traditional roles, Carina is committed to offering the support and education these often-overlooked populations deserve. As a Pilates Teacher-in-Training, Carina also incorporates a strong mind-body philosophy into her practice, underscoring the connection between physical and mental wellness.

At The Kraft Group, Carina provides trauma-informed, inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming, and kink-aware sex education and coaching services. She creates a safe, shame-free space for all individuals—especially trans youth, adults in the LGBTQIA+ community, and those exploring non-monogamous or kink identities—to explore their sexuality and navigate their unique needs with compassion and confidence.

As a Student Member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT), Carina brings professional insight and a strong ethical foundation to her work. Her multifaceted approach emphasizes empowerment, healthy relationships, and body autonomy, with a focus on healing through understanding and acceptance.

Carina is fluent in both English and Spanish and is committed to making her work accessible to diverse communities. She is a strong advocate for disability justice, trauma recovery, and sex-positive education, and has held leadership roles in inclusive, affirming organizations. Her client-centered approach prioritizes empathy, safety, and individualized care, with additional training in nonviolent crisis prevention and intervention.

Carina’s mission at The Kraft Group is to help clients develop a healthy, empowered relationship with their sexuality. Through her affirming, holistic, and compassionate approach, she supports individuals in discovering their identities, healing from shame, and moving toward overall wellness—mind, body, and self.
