Alison Quade,
Counseling Intern and Coach
As a coach, Ali’s ultimate goal is to provide a nurturing, non-judgmental environment where clients feel entirely seen, heard, and valued. Practicing through a strengths-based lens, she views clients as the experts on their own lives and collaborates closely with them to explore the tools and insights necessary to thrive. Ali is trained under the rigorous standards of the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP) and the New Jersey Professional Counselor Examiners Committee, equipping her with a highly professional and well-rounded clinical foundation.
Recognizing that every individual’s story is unique, Ali draws from a diverse toolkit of modalities to design a personalized path forward. She works extensively with individuals navigating the heavy impacts of depression and anxiety, helping them unearth hope and actionable coping strategies. Additionally, she provides a compassionate, inclusive, and shame-free space for clients seeking to explore and heal from trauma, substance use, and sexual wellness or intimacy issues.
Ali brings a wealth of experience working with adolescents, holding a deep understanding of the unique stressors and challenges teenagers face today. She is deeply motivated to help students and teens succeed, build resilience, and confidently find their path in life.
Furthermore, Ali is passionate about supporting the first responder community. Recognizing that the intense dedication required by front-line service comes with distinct challenges, she is honored to offer a dedicated, secure space for first responders to unpack the psychological weight of their roles, rebuild personal resilience, and restore a healthy balance to their daily lives.
