Count On Us

Leigh Kolodny has received numerous individual and collective awards for both her personal achievements and the success of her practice. She has been invited to share her expertise on television, radio, podcasts, and in various magazines and news publications. Additionally, she has served as an expert witness in Federal Court and before the Medical Licensing Board, focusing on trauma, addiction, and forensics. Leigh Kolodny has received training from internationally renowned experts, including Dr. Patrick Carnes, for whom she has consulted and co-led therapeutic sessions, as well as Dr. Ken Adams and others. She shares her extensive experience and knowledge with her staff at The Kraft Group, working closely with each highly specialized therapist. Currently, Leigh is pursuing a PhD in Psychology with a focus on clinical sexology to deepen her expertise in helping clients who have experienced sexual trauma or problematic sexual behaviors to rebuild healthy relationships with sex.

We identified the need for an alternative to traditional Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) and offer personalized treatment plans, including urine screenings, individual, group, and family sessions. Our approach provides a flexible option for those who require intensive treatment but prefer not to follow the conventional model. We tailor our services to accommodate the specific schedules and confidentiality requirements of each client and their family.

We offer specialized treatment for First Responders, Veterans and their families, recognizing the unique challenges they face. First Responders are often the unsung heroes of our communities, confronting life-threatening situations daily. Coping with trauma is a difficult journey, especially when they are trained to prioritize the community’s needs over their own. The Kraft Group provides a safe space for First Responders to focus on and advocate for their mental health as an essential part of their overall well-being. We collaborate with First Responders and their advocates to create a supportive and resilient environment, ensuring that those who protect our communities also receive the protection and healing they deserve. Our goal is to offer the same opportunities for recovery and growth to First Responders as those they serve daily. Currently, we are working to secure funding and grants through our nonprofit, Wings of Phoenix, to help offset the costs of therapy, coaching, and functional medicine that insurance may not cover, through our Warriors program.
